About EZER
EZER — pronounced AY-zer — is a kingdom-first, after-hours venture helping Australian churches steward what they've been given. Here's what that means, and why it exists.
Admin and technology support, built to hand back
EZER helps a church in three moves: a free Diagnosis that shows where things are stretched, an Engagement Brief written together with the whole team, and a Process Guide so the team can run new systems on its own once EZER steps back. The whole model is built around one idea — take the admin and technology strain off pastors, without creating a new dependency in its place.
It's run by one person, after hours, one church through the process at a time.
Why EZER exists
I kept seeing pastors — people I love, doing the most important work I know — drowning in admin, tech, and comms they were never trained for. The mission that mattered most was being slowed down by problems no one had time to fix. EZER is my attempt to take that weight off their plate: not to run the church's systems forever, but to set them up and hand them back, so the team can get on with people.
It runs after hours, one church at a time, because that's what honest, unhurried help actually requires.
Why "EZER"?
Ezer (עֵזֶר) — pronounced AY-zer — is Hebrew for "helper." Tap each letter.
EZER shows up publicly on its own — "Co" is the legal structure, not the brand.
